March 2017 Newsletter

As the warm air starts to move in and you start to clean out to prepare for spring, keep the below items in mind.

Spring Cleanup

Spring Cleanup is around the corner – and it is just in time after the storms we have recently endured! The Association provides a one-time spring cleanup when the maintenance crew edges and mulches the beds and trims shrubs.

There are many downed limbs after the recent storms and this year, the Association will have the maintenance crew pickup these limbs along with their spring cleanup. A separate letter with additional details will go out shortly – be watching your email!

When ZJ’s delivers mulch for the beds, there may be some street parking places that are taken by the mulch. This will not last long, so please be patient while the crew spreads the mulch to make our neighborhood beautiful and ready for spring!

Trash Pickup

Holidays: Normal trash day will be delayed by one day, for the holiday week. Upcoming holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day

On regular collection days, trash, yard waste, and recyclables need to be placed curbside by 5:00 a.m.

HILLTOP NEWSLETTERS

As announced previously, hard copy newsletters will only be mailed to those residents and owners who have not given us an email address. Please consider providing the HOA with an email address so we can send your newsletter. Your address will only be used for the newsletter, and never shared. Please contact: webmaster@hilltophoa.com

In an effort to continue to cut mailing costs, the Board has voted that effective January 1, 2017, there will be a $10 per year fee charged for owners who prefer to have newsletters mailed to them.

Since the Board wants to be sure that tenants are also kept up to date on what is happening in Hilltop, newsletters will also be mailed to them. The home owner will be charged $10 per year for mailing newsletters to the tenant of their property, unless an email address has been provided.
