All Hilltop-related owner and tenant e-Mails should be addressed to Adam Westgate who then advises the Board of any concerns and questions raised. 

In 2018 the Board of Directors hired Adam Westgate as the Hilltop Property Manager to properly oversee and manage 193 homes, as well as all the sub-contractors for things like snow plowing, lawn mowing, painting, staining, pressure washing, fertilizing weed control, tree trimming and more.
