The spreadsheet listed below is the current budget for Hilltop’s roofing shingle replacement project.  These proposed costs can be affected by price increases, inflation, etc.:

The schedule for the replacement shingles is based on those units:

1. with the oldest shingles first
2. any problem areas that have been identified in the inspection report as well as notices we have received from our two roofing contractors:

The neighborhood has two colors of shingles.  This map indicates which homes have “brown” shingles and which homes have “gray” shingles.  Illustrated samples show the existing shingle colors as well as the replacement shingle colors.:
