     Welcome New Neighbor.  This section has all the most important information that anyone living here or thinking of buying would want to know.
The Hilltop HOA community is located in East Hempfield Township within Lancaster, PA.  The streets in our neighborhood include:

– Eagles Nest Court
– Pinnacle Point
– Spring Ridge Court
– Spring Walk Court
– Treetops Drive (a portion of)
– Winding Hill Drive

We are a fee-simple townhome community of 193 units, founded in 1984, with no common areas. Our governing documents can be found on the Legal Documents tab (above).

Please be aware that, unlike what the Declarations state, there are NO common areas. All property is owned by the individual town homeowners. Hilltop is a fee-simple townhome community, not condominiums. See the Disclaimer that accompanies the Declarations.
