The Hilltop Homeowners’ web site is provided primarily as a service to its members and all residents of Hilltop. We hope it will also serve as an introduction to our area for anyone who may be thinking about buying here.

General Information

Annual Garage Sale

The 2020 garage sale has been cancelled due to the pandemic.  You are free to have a garage sale on your own, but the HOA will not be running ads.

Future Annual Yard Sales (2021 +)
The Hilltop Annual Yard Sale is heavily advertised and well attended. It is always the Saturday before Labor Day Weekend.

At the December 2019 Annual Homeowners Meeting 3 new Board members were elected for terms beginning January 2020. 

Note:  Due to resignations, we have 2 vacant Board seats.  If you are interested in serving on the Board please contact Adam Westgate at the email below, with a short bio and statement of why you want to serve.  He will forward all replies to the Board for review.

Jeffrey Butch – President and Hospitality Chair – 2 years remaining in term (ends Dec. 2021)

John Cantwell – Vice-President and Compliance Chair – 1 year remaining in term (ends Dec. 2020)

Bonnie Benjamin – Treasurer and Architecture Chair – 1 year remaining in term (ends Dec. 2020)

Janet Havner – (resigned, moving in August) Secretary and Landscape Chair – 2 years remaining in term (ends Dec. 2021)

Joe Krawizcki – (resigned in July) Member-at-large and Finance Chair – 2 years remaining in term (ends Dec. 2021)

*The monthly fee for 2020 is $144.10/mo. *

Payments can be made electronically, by mail or just drop your check in our special HOA box on Winding Hill Dr. at Nolt (next to regular PO boxes). Please put your name or street address on your check.

*Monthly maintenance fees are anticipated to increase 10% per year, as permitted by our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions  As has been communicated at the Annual Homeowners Meeting and other owner meetings as well as by email and personally delivered documents,  as a 35+  year old community, Hilltop does not currently have sufficient monies set aside to repair or replace due to ‘normal wear and tear’, all the items detailed in our governing documents, now and in the future (Ex. “External surfaces” such as: roofs, siding, gutters, chimney surfaces, etc.).
